New Jersey Professional Network originated in the October of 2015 with a notion to improve networking opportunities for young professionals in the New Jersey area. Officially becoming a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) certified organization in November of 2016, we serve as a liaison for our young professionals and to improve the well-being of those within our communities.
We unite young professionals of all backgrounds in an engaging setting where they can unwind and build their professional careers, simultaneously. We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere where YPs can strengthen their professional network, establish new friendships, and feel comfortable interacting with colleagues and peers on a more personal level.
As an organization, our goal is to elevate and enhance networking opportunities for young professionals to grow by providing philanthropic opportunities to uplift the community. Our core initiatives include:
Mission Trip To Nigeria
A initiative designed to create equal educational opportunities for aspiring young professionals in the rural areas of Nigeria. NJPN recognizes that many educational institutions, within rural Nigeria, lack adequate funding to better improve their students’ education so we have made it our mission to help.
Thanksgiving Food Drive
A networking food drive created to provide Thanksgiving goods to families in need during the holiday season.
Professional Clothes Drive
A fundraiser designed to collect business professional attire to help formerly homeless, disabled, or low-income men and women just entering or re-entering the workforce in our community.
